
COACHING WITH SARAH
Pleasure, sex, and relationship coaching is an intimate space to come home to yourself. It’s a place to bring the parts of you that long to be seen, felt, or reclaimed — to explore what it means to live fully in your body, to soften shame, to reconnect with your worth, and to discover the pleasure that’s already available to you. Together, we can tend to the places that feel stuck around intimacy, confidence, boundaries, self-care, or desire — and open new pathways toward connection and ease.
My approach is grounded in embodiment, breath, reflection, sex education, and relational skill-building. In our work, we move gently between the body, the mind, and the heart — following what feels most alive and supportive for you.

I especially love working with people in midlife, those balancing parenting or caretaking (or just caring for yourself alongside the challenges of life), long-term partnerships, queer and kink-identified folks, and anyone eager to explore their relationship with pleasure in a new way.
Coaching is available in packages, or single sessions for both individuals and couples.
Sessions are private, tailored to each client’s needs, and are conducted online from the privacy of your home.
Coaching Pricing & Packages
1 - 60 min session: $160 individual / 75 min - $195 couples
3 - 60 min session pack: $450 individual / 75 min - $550 couples
5 - 60 min session pack: $700 individual / 75 min - $850 couples
7 - 60 min session pack: $900 individual / 75 min - $1,100 couples
*All coaching package sessions must be utilized within 4 months of the first session. If you are interested in purchasing a coaching package, please complete the client intake and I will send you details for booking single sessions and packages.
I have space reserved in my books for equity priced sessions for anyone experiencing financial hardship, caretaking, disability, or limited financial access. Please email me to book individual ($75/session) or couples sessions ($90/session) - sarah@sarahtomtom.com.
Still unsure coaching? The coaching container is unique to each client. You set the goals and I support you with the tools, practices, accountability and cheerleading to align with your goals or, better yet, how you want to feel. In coaching, we may:
Identify thought patterns, actions, past experiences or pain that may be blocking you and work through the blocks
Connect with your body and your energetic container (and integrate the information your body is sharing with you in supportive ways)
Clarify your needs, how to best meet them, and put practices into place that help you better prioritize your needs or how you want to be feeling
Work with your shadow as an ally, uncovering what you are stuffing down and what can shift by mindfully bringing it to the surface
Deprogram shame, guilt or other cultural baggage that’s holding you back sexually or in your relationship dynamics
Develop a pleasure diet that attunes you to the joyful experiencing available to you every day
Discover touch techniques for awakening arousal and experiencing full body orgasms
Open up to receiving care in relationships, including the relationship with yourself
Practice setting boundaries and support you navigating the hiccups that arise when you implement boundaries
Practice interdependence, trusting and leaning on your community and loved ones
Develop tools for combatting burnout
Fine tune your communication skills with your partner
Develop an action plan for staying grounded in your power, connected to your worth, and embodied outside of the coaching container
